When I first started my newsletter I was devastated when someone unsubscribed and would do a happy dance when someone joined! A few years down the track and now I keep an eye on my numbers but no longer take it to heart. I'm more concerned about the conversion rate of visitors to my site than what the individuals are doing, if that makes sense! You’re so right Sandra!
