<description>I find interruptions are very disruptive - especially as we have created a lovely open plan office in our beamed, 15th Century home. My kids need/want my attention - but the distraction is fatal, taking several minutes to get back on focus. Scheduling different kid/ computer time doesn&#039;t work either - somehow the fall over and hurt myself moment happens whenever I am working on my business. In fact, my most productive article writing happens when I am away from the home somewhere else. I like your tip on not answering the hone though - thank you Sandra.
