Meet with your groups online

Last week I got together with my Mastermind group online.  What does that mean?  Online?  Instead of flying everyone to one hotel to meet in person, we all met on the web.  We used GoToMeeting which provided us with a bridge line and the ability to display documents so that everyone in the meeting could view them.  So during our 5 hour meeting last week we shared PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, websites, spreadsheets and other cool online tools that we use.  Everyone in the meeting had their chance to “present” which means we were all able to view their computer and their documents (with their permission of course). Those who were watching were able to follow along quite easily.  There was no “did you get my email with my presentation attached?” or “We are now on page 17.  Is everyone on page 17″…what a time waster.

You can use GoToMeeting to present webinars, meetings, training etc.  Why not take your PowerPoint presentations that you have already created and offer a webinar?
