Plan Your Next Meeting With Ease

Do you have to schedule an upcoming meeting?  Is it difficult to organize each attendees’ schedule of when they can and can’t attend a meeting?  I know, this is the same problem my MasterMind group is having.  Actually we have this problem each time we try to meet in person.  With 10 people coming from 3 countries it becomes frustrating trying to organize which dates are good for a 3-day meeting.
That’s when I found www.whenisgood.net! This website will allow you to pick a number of possible days and times for your meeting.  If you are dealing with more than one time zone, choose “turn on time zones”.  Then enter your email address and the name of your event.  When is Good will then email you a customized link to send to your attendees.  Attendees simply click on the days and times they are available.  You can then go back to your event and see which days and times are the best for your meeting.

There are just a few things you need to know.  You must choose hours and not a full day, i.e. for our full day meetings I couldn’t choose “February 1st” as an option.  I contacted them and they are already working on that.  Another thing I noticed is that you cannot use this system more than 6 months in advanced.  They are working on that as well.  It’s a fairly new tool so there are a few things to tweak but overall it’s a fabulous tool.
