Don’t Lose Out on Affiliate Revenue Ever Again!
1) Find and Sign up for Affiliate programs. Visit the websites of products and services that you love and are ready to promote. Look for the words “affiliate”, “partners” or “associate” on their homepage. It’s usually on the menu bar, or on the footer of their homepage. Sign up for their affiliate program.
2) Create an affiliate cheat sheet. Create a simple file (like Microsoft notepad) that contains all of your affiliate links. When you need an affiliate link you can easily grab it from this document as opposed to looking for the affiliate login information and then retrieving your affiliate link.
3) Keep your affiliate cheat sheet handy. If you were renovating your house you would wear a tool belt and keep the things you need most often on that tool belt. Think of your affiliate cheat sheet as a tool on your tool belt and keep it handy. If you can’t find your cheat sheet you will never use it. Keep it on your desktop or anywhere else on your computer where you can easily find it.
4) Keep adding to your affiliate cheat sheet! When you come across new products or services that you love, find their affiliate program, sign up and add the affiliate link to your cheat sheet.
5) Use your affiliate cheat sheet! Each time you write a review on a product or service, whether on your newsletter or blog, check your affiliate cheat sheet for your affiliate link. Copy it and paste it into your newsletter article or blog post.
Now that you have all of your affiliate links in one easy to find document, you’ll end up using them more often and increasing your affiliate revenue!
