I have been using PDFCreator for several years now. Its a free tool that installs as a print driver. To use it you select the proper printer to send the document to in the print dialog box. It also lets you merge several documents together into one. PDF Creator can be downloaded from <a href="http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/" rel="nofollow"> Source Forge</a>.
