How do I send a time delayed email using Outlook?
Ready to send an email but don’t want to send it just yet?
Here’s how to accomplish this on Outlook:
- Write up your email
- In the toolbar look for the “options” button (usually on the right hand side) or go to “view” -> “options”
- Locate “delivery options” and check “do not deliver before”
- Choose the date and time (based on the time on your computer) that you want this email to go out.
- Click close.
- Press send.
- Your email will sit in your outbox until that day and time. Be sure to keep Outlook running on the day and time you want this email to go out.
