iPod Etiquette

On the news radio station in Toronto iPod users are being told to “shut up shut up”! iPod users sometimes have their music on too loud (yep I’ve been annoyed by that too), some users begin singing loudly without realizing it (oh yes this happened to me and her singing voice was worse than mine – somehow), and others have being humming along. This is particularly annoying in public places like crowded buses.

So iPod users around the world, lets lower the volume to the point where you can hear your footsteps. It’s good safety technique I use to make sure I can hear cars. Save your singing for karaoke! :)

If you are being annoyed by iPod users the report suggests that you should tap them on the shoulder and ask them to lower it a bit and if that doesn’t work sing loudly and horribly to the song they are listening too! No really, that’s what they said to do!
